Exoskeleton Robots & Smart Assistive Devices
Utilizing cutting-edge mechatronics and AI technology, the exoskeleton robot and smart devices provide assistance to users.

Exoskeleton Robots & Smart Assistive Devices empower us to enhance our life and work
Exoskeletons are not cold, mechanical robots—they are powerful tools designed to support users in improving daily life and work performance. Whether for sports wellness, medical rehabilitation, or injury prevention, exoskeleton technology enhances movement safety and efficiency.
Product

Keeogo™ is a wearable lower-limb powered exoskeleton that uses AI sensors and knee actuators to deliver real-time, adaptive assistance. It supports users through movements such as standing, sitting, walking, and climbing stairs.By enabling repeated, correct, and large-range movement practice, Keeogo™ helps improve muscle strength and endurance, correct compensatory patterns, and accelerate functional recovery.
Certified as a Class II Medical Device (Taiwan FDA License No. 006953)
Main Function of Keeogo
Keeogo assists individuals with lower-limb muscle weakness to enhance mobility and functional activity. Through training with Keeogo, users can improve muscle strength, thereby achieving better functional performance.
Inclusion Criteria
Users must have partial lower-limb muscle strength, with hip flexor strength of grade 3 or above and knee extensor (quadriceps) strength of grade 2 or above.
Users must be able to stand independently for more than 2 minutes while holding onto any form of support.
Keeogo for Task-Oriented Functional Training
Early Intervention
The orthotic structure provides mechanical support and enhances proprioceptive feedback, facilitating early-stage therapeutic intervention.
Functional Restoration
Provides dynamic, real-time assistance to enable coordinated and complete movement execution during functional tasks.
Correction of Compensatory Movements
Substitutes manual guidance from therapists to assist in establishing proper kinematic sequences and restoring dynamic movement chains.
Task-Oriented Training
Combines functional, task-specific movements with training in unrestricted environments to promote carryover to real-world activities.

The Keeogo allows our clients to cover ground and achieve repetitions that they would never be able to do otherwise. Getting that volume of work in, whether it be walking or sit to stand training, is a key to using neuroplasticity to your advantage.

Wistron Medical Technology's exoskeleton core technology - Dermoskeleton

Dermoskeleton technology is a groundbreaking exoskeleton design technique. By combining expertise in electronics and biomechanics, it integrates powerful motors, sensitive sensors, and AI algorithms, and through lightweight structure and accessory design, allows the dermoskeleton to instantly follow the user's movements and provide power assistance. This sets it apart from traditional pre-trained passive exoskeleton robots, making it the best practice in active assistive technology.
